    Through my research activities, I strive to provide novel insights on (1) modern team arrangements, such as agile teams or multi-team systems, (2) behaviors that help employees to proactively optimize their well-being and performance, and (3) the interaction between top-down influences and bottom-up employee behaviors.

    Teaching

    As an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University, I am responsible for three courses in our bachelor and master program. I am also involved in the curriculum committee of our master's program, where I help to ensure that our program stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the labor market.

    Working in an applied discipline, I aim to create positive societal impact by (1) working closely with practitioners and local stakeholders, (2) sharing my discoveries in blogs, popular news outlets, invited talks or podcasts, and (3) developing evidence-based assessment tools and interventions.
